Refund Policy

 

All of the items in our collection are pre-loved, which means they may show subtle signs of use or might not include all original accessories. We kindly ask you to read the descriptions carefully and encourage you to reach out if you would like additional information or photos—we are always happy to assist and provide more details to help you make your choice.

As an independent reseller, Luxury Helsinki is not affiliated with the brands we feature. While we cannot guarantee an item’s origin, previous servicing, modifications, or repairs, we strive to provide accurate and transparent information for every listing.

For EU/EEA customers, all online purchases come with a 14-day statutory return period. Returns do not apply to gift cards, pre-order items, sourcing orders, or layaway purchases, and purchases from outside the EU/EEA are generally non-returnable unless otherwise stated. EU/EEA customers retain their statutory rights under applicable law, which always take precedence over these policies.

If you wish to return an item, please notify our customer service team at contact@luxuryhelsinki.fi within 3 days of receiving your item and arrange to return it to our store at Rikhardinkatu 2, 00130 Helsinki within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cover only the cost of the item; shipping, taxes, and any additional fees are excluded. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to organize and cover the cost of returning the item.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received, including all accessories, packaging, and security tags. Any signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will void the return.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item. Customers may choose store credit, valid for 24 months, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that returns for items originally purchased using a gift card or store credit do not extend the validity period. Refunds for items paid with a gift card will be issued to the same gift card. If the gift card has already expired, we offer the option to exchange the item for another product within the 14-day return period.

Please note that purchases made in our physical showroom are final and cannot be returned.
